Every Stryker blind is covered by a 30-day guarantee on craftsmanship and materials, plus a five-year limited warranty on defective materials. Here’s exactly what that means and how to file a claim.

30-DAY GUARANTEE
Covers both faulty craftsmanship and defective materials for the first 30 days after purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Faulty Craftsmanship: We made a part incorrectly.
Defective Materials: We used sub-par materials.
- We miss several screws on a roof panel, causing it to come loose.
- A side entry railing is visibly rotting.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Typical Wear and Tear: fading or minor surface wear
Extreme Weather: damage caused by severe storms
Improper Use: incorrect installation (if not installed by a Stryker crew) or major alterations
- A set of wood stairs starts looking weathered.
- Severe winds blow a tree down onto your hunting blind.
- You buy a window from a big box store then remove and cut boards to make room for it.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT?
Stryker will transport replacement parts to your local dealer.
Your local dealer will deliver the parts to you and handle any necessary repairs/installation.
- An installer from your local dealer comes out and repairs the loose roof panel.
- An installer from your local dealer delivers and installs a replacement railing.

Covers defective materials for five years from the date of sale.

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Hershberger Lawn Structures, Ltd., 8990 SR 39, Millersburg, Ohio 44654, hereinafter the Company, warrants to the original purchaser its Stryker Hunting Blind to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of sale.
GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTY
“Defects” do not include surface rust on metal parts, surface checking and cracking on wood which does not affect the structural integrity of the Blind, mold growth or fading of colors on unit components and therefore such conditions are not covered by this warranty.
Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing or replacing, at our option, any parts of the warranted item found by us to be defective in material or workmanship. To apply for a warranty claim or report an alleged defect you will need to email a copy of the invoice along with pictures of the claim to warranty@hlsfun.com or go to strykerhuntingblinds.com/warranty.
LIMITATIONS
The Company’s obligation under this warranty shall not include any transportation charges, cost of installation, nor any liability for special, indirect or consequential damage or delay, whether arising in contract, in tort, under warranty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The Company shall not be held liable under warranty for damage arising from transport, vandalism, or improper handling and storage at the site of any dealer or reseller prior to installation. Any improper use or abuse of the warranted item shall void this warranty. This limited warranty extends only to items used for personal, household or residential use, and not to public, commercial or other use.
The Company makes no other warranty, expressed or implied. The Company makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the term of the express warranty; however, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this exclusion may not apply to you. No employee or representative is authorized to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty on behalf of the Company.
